Setup

1. Battery Charging

Before first use, fully charge the 2.0Ah battery. Connect the charger to a power outlet and then connect it to the battery. The indicator light on the charger will show the charging status. Ensure the battery is fully charged for optimal performance.

2. Chain Installation and Tensioning

Ensure the battery is removed before installing or adjusting the chain. Follow these steps for chain installation:

1. Remove the chain protective cover.
2. Carefully place the chain around the guide bar, ensuring the cutting edges are facing the correct direction.
3. Fit the guide bar and chain onto the chainsaw body.
4. Adjust the chain tension using the tool-free tensioning mechanism. The chain should be snug but still able to be pulled freely around the guide bar by hand.
5. Replace the chain protective cover when not in use.

3. Lubrication

3. To stop, release the dual switch.
