5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Preparing the Mix
Prepare your soft serve ice cream mix according to the manufacturer's instructions. Ensure the mix is properly chilled before adding it to the machine.
5.2 Filling the Hoppers
Open the lids of the two 8-liter hoppers. Pour the prepared liquid mix into each hopper. The machine supports 2 distinct flavors, plus a mixed flavor from the center dispenser. The hoppers feature a magnetic mixing system to ensure uniform raw material temperature and prevent ice lumps.

6. Cleaning and Maintenance
Regular cleaning and maintenance are essential for hygiene, performance, and extending the lifespan of your machine.
6.1 Daily Cleaning (Auto Cleaning Function)
The machine features an 'Auto Cleaning' function to simplify the washing process. This cycle typically takes 3 to 5 minutes and does not require disassembling the main machine components.
- Empty any remaining mix from the hoppers.
- Pour warm water (with a mild, food-safe detergent if desired) into the hoppers.
- Press the 'Clean' button on the LCD panel. The machine will agitate the water.
- Dispense the cleaning solution through the spouts. Repeat with clean water until the dispensed water runs clear.
6.2 Side-Drawer Mix Tray Cleaning
The side-drawer mix tray pulls out for quick and thorough cleaning without disassembly. Remove the tray, wash it with warm soapy water, rinse, and dry completely before reinserting.
6.3 Accessory Care
After cleaning, apply petroleum jelly (vaseline) to all seals (corrugated seals, punch bar O-rings, D-type seals, etc.) and moving parts of the dispensing mechanism. This helps to prolong their service life and ensures smooth operation.

6.4 Dust Filter
A built-in dust filter helps keep the interior clean. Periodically check and clean the dust filter to maintain optimal airflow and machine performance.
7. Troubleshooting
This section provides general guidance for common issues. For more complex problems, contact customer support.
- Machine Not Turning On: Check power connection, ensure the power switch is on, and verify the circuit breaker.
- Ice Cream Not Freezing: Ensure the 'Freeze' function is activated. Check if hoppers are adequately filled. Verify the mix is properly chilled before adding.
- Inconsistent Texture: Ensure the magnetic mixing system is functioning. Check mix consistency and temperature. Adjust hardness settings as needed.
- Excessive Noise: While the machine operates quietly (approx. 45 dB), unusual or loud noises may indicate an issue. Turn off the machine and inspect for any obstructions or loose parts.
