Note: A 13mm wrench (not included) is recommended for easier assembly.

Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps for proper assembly. Refer to the included diagrams for visual guidance.

1. Unpack Components: Lay out all parts on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratching. Identify each component using the parts list.
2. Attach Side Rails to Headboard: Securely fasten the side rails to the headboard using the provided hardware. Ensure the upholstered side of the headboard faces the desired direction.
3. Attach Side Rails to Footboard: Connect the side rails to the footboard, ensuring all connections are tight.
4. Install Center Support Beam: Place the center support beam along the middle of the bed frame. Attach the adjustable center support legs to the beam. Adjust the height of these legs to ensure they firmly touch the floor, providing even support.
5. Place Wooden Slats: Unroll and position the wooden slat base across the bed frame. Ensure the slats are evenly spaced and secured to the side rails as per the instructions.
6. Final Tightening: Double-check all bolts and screws to ensure they are fully tightened.

Usage

• Mattress Compatibility: This bed is designed for a Queen size mattress (not included).
• Box Spring Not Required: The integrated wooden slat base and center support legs provide ample support for your mattress, eliminating the need for a box spring.
• Weight Capacity: The bed has a maximum weight capacity of 800 lbs. Do not exceed this limit to ensure safety and product longevity.
• Floor Leveling: The center support legs are adjustable. If your floor is uneven, adjust these feet to ensure the bed frame is stable and level.

Maintenance

Proper care will extend the life and appearance of your bed frame.

• Wood Frame: Wipe the wooden frame with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Dry immediately with a clean cloth.
• Upholstered Headboard: For general cleaning, vacuum the upholstered headboard regularly using an upholstery attachment. For spills, blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth. For stubborn stains, consult a professional upholstery cleaner.
• Hardware: Periodically check all bolts and screws and re-tighten them as necessary to maintain stability.

Troubleshooting

• Uneven Slats/Frame: If the bed frame or slats appear uneven, ensure the adjustable center support legs are properly extended and making firm contact with the floor. Adjust them as needed to achieve a level surface.
• Loose Connections: If the bed feels wobbly or makes noise, re-check and tighten all assembly hardware.
• Mislabeled Parts: In rare cases, parts may be mislabeled. If you encounter difficulty during assembly, carefully review the diagrams and ensure parts are oriented correctly based on their physical shape and connection points, rather than solely relying on labels.
