2. Setup and Installation
2.1 Charging the Robot
Before first use, ensure the robot is fully charged. Place the charging dock against a wall in an open area, free from obstacles. Connect the power adapter to the dock and a power outlet. The robot will automatically return to the charging dock when its battery is low during cleaning cycles.

2.2 Connecting to the OKP App
For full functionality, download the OKP app from your mobile device's app store. Follow the in-app instructions to connect your K5 Ultra robot vacuum. The app allows for scheduling, mode selection, and monitoring cleaning progress. The robot supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks.

It features intelligent carpet detection, automatically boosting suction when on carpets for deeper cleaning and adjusting power when transitioning to hard floors. When the mop is attached, it avoids carpets to keep them dry.

3.4 Mopping Function

3.5 Battery Life and Self-Charging
The K5 Ultra features a high-efficiency battery, providing up to 170 minutes of runtime in quiet mode, suitable for areas up to 1500 sq. ft. When the battery level is low, the robot automatically returns to its charging dock to recharge.

4. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your OKP K5 Ultra.
4.1 Dustbin and Filter Cleaning
Empty the dustbin after each cleaning cycle. The HEPA filter should be cleaned regularly by tapping out debris. Replace the filter every 3-6 months, depending on usage, to maintain suction efficiency.
4.2 Brush Cleaning
Inspect and clean the side brushes regularly. Remove any tangled hair or debris. If brushes are worn, replace them with new ones from the included accessories or purchase replacements.
4.3 Mop Pad Replacement
After mopping, detach and dispose of the used mop pad. Attach a new disposable mop pad for the next mopping session.
4.4 Sensor Cleaning
Wipe the sensors (ToF laser, PSD, cliff sensors) on the robot's body with a clean, dry cloth to ensure accurate navigation and obstacle detection.
