Setup Instructions
Follow these steps to pair your AMZSMT LocatePro Tracker Tag with your Apple device:
- Prepare Your Device: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac, and the Find My app is accessible.
- Open Find My App: Launch the "Find My" application on your Apple device.
- Add New Item: In the Find My app, navigate to the "Items" tab. Tap the "+" icon or "Add Item" option, then select "Other Supported Item".
- Pair the Tracker: Press and hold the button on your LocatePro Tracker Tag for approximately 12 seconds. You will hear a continuous beeping sound, indicating it is in pairing mode.

Finding Items Nearby
When your LocatePro Tracker Tag is within Bluetooth range of your Apple device, you can make it play a sound to help you find it.
- Using Siri: Simply say "Hey Siri, find my [item name]" (e.g., "Hey Siri, find my keys").
- Using Find My App: Open the Find My app, select your LocatePro Tracker Tag from the "Items" list, and tap the "Play Sound" button. The tracker will emit a "di di di" sound.

Tracking Items from a Distance
If your item is out of Bluetooth range, the Apple Find My network can help you locate it. Millions of Apple devices worldwide anonymously detect your LocatePro Tracker Tag and securely relay its location to you.
- View on Map: Open the Find My app and select your LocatePro Tracker Tag. Its last known location will be displayed on a map.

Maintenance
Battery Replacement
The LocatePro Tracker Tag uses a replaceable battery with an average life of 365 days (approximately 1 year). When the battery is low, you will receive a notification on your Apple device.
- Locate Notch: Find the small notched area on the side of the tracker tag.
- Pry Open: Gently pry open the tracker tag using your fingers or a small, non-abrasive tool at the notched area.
- Replace Battery: Remove the old battery and insert a new CR2032 coin cell battery, ensuring correct polarity.
- Close: Align the two halves of the tracker tag and press firmly until it clicks securely into place.

Troubleshooting
