3. Assembly Instructions

Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Preparation: Unzip the back of the chair and remove all accessories, including the armrests and base components, which are stored inside.

2. Assemble the Base: Connect the five leg tubes to the central base. Insert the five M6x16mm screws into the corresponding holes by hand, then use the provided Allen key to tighten all screws securely.
3. Install Casters and Gas Lift: Insert the casters into the leg tubes until they click into place. Then, install the decorative foot caps (dust covers) and the gas lift cylinder into the central hole of the base.
4. Attach Seat Mechanism: Align the seat mechanism with the bottom of the seat cushion, ensuring the front and rear orientations are correct. Secure the mechanism to the cushion using four M8x20mm screws. Tighten with the Allen key.
5. Install Armrests: Align the armrests with the pre-drilled holes on both the backrest and the seat. Fix them with M6x30mm screws. Initially, tighten them to about 50% with the hexagonal key to allow for minor adjustments. Repeat for the other armrest. Once both are in place and aligned, tighten all screws completely.
6. Final Assembly: Align the holes on the underside of the assembled seat and backrest with the top of the gas lift. Carefully insert the gas lift into the mechanism. The assembly is now complete.
