4. Setup

4.1 Battery Installation:

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Basic Operation:

  • Power On: Short press the 'C' button.
  • Power Off: Long press the 'C' button.

5.2 Mode Selection:

Press the 'P/T' button to switch between the following modes:

  • Track Mode: Displays the torque value in real-time as you apply force.
  • Peak Mode: Captures and displays the maximum torque value applied during a fastening operation.

5.3 Unit Selection:

5.4 Setting Torque Presets (P1-P9):

  1. Use the '▲' (Up) and '▼' (Down) buttons to select a preset memory slot (P1-P9).
  2. Press 'M' to confirm the selected preset.
  3. Adjust the desired torque value using the '▲' and '▼' buttons.
  4. Press 'M' again to save the set torque value to the selected preset.

5.5 Smart Torque Alert System:

The screwdriver provides visual and audible alerts to prevent overtightening:

  • When the applied torque reaches 80% of the target value, the LED indicators will begin to flash.
  • At 90% of the target value, the buzzer will emit distinct beeps, and the LEDs will flash more frequently.
  • Upon reaching 100% of the target value, the buzzer will sound continuously, and the LEDs will remain lit, indicating the target torque has been achieved.

5.6 Data Storage and Management:

  • Store Data: During use, short press 'M' to instantly store the current torque value. The device can store up to 500 groups of torque values.
  • Manage Memory: Long press 'M' to enter memory management mode.
  • While in memory management mode, press 'U' to select either "Delete All" or "Delete Single" (to delete a specific record).
  • Confirm your selection by pressing 'M'.
