Setup Guide

1. Initial Setup

  1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all items from the packaging.
  2. Place Charging Base: Position the charging base near your TV or audio source.
  3. Connect Power: Connect the USB charging cable to the charging base and plug the other end into a power source (e.g., USB wall adapter, TV USB port). The charging indicator light on the base will illuminate.
  4. Charge Headphones: Place the headphones onto the charging base. Ensure the charging contacts align. The charging indicator on the base will turn red while charging and solid green when fully charged. A full charge takes approximately 2.5 hours.

2. Connecting to Your TV

The Dytole Wireless Headphones offer multiple connection options to ensure compatibility with most televisions. The recommended method is Optical for optimal audio quality and minimal latency.

Optical Connection (Recommended)

This method provides the best audio quality and lowest latency.

  1. Locate the "Optical Out" or "Digital Audio Out" port on your TV.
  2. Connect one end of the Optical Audio Cable to the Optical port on your TV.
  3. Connect the other end of the Optical Audio Cable to the "Digital Optical" input on the back of the headphone charging base.
  4. On your TV's audio settings, select "Optical Out" or "Digital Audio Out" as the audio output.

AUX 3.5mm Connection

Use this method if your TV has a 3.5mm audio output (headphone jack).

  1. Connect one end of the 3.5mm AUX Audio Cable to the headphone jack on your TV.
  2. Connect the other end of the 3.5mm AUX Audio Cable to the "Aux" input on the back of the headphone charging base.
  3. On your TV's audio settings, select "Headphone Out" or "Analog Audio Out" as the audio output.

RCA Connection

Use this method if your TV has red and white RCA audio output ports.

  1. Connect the RCA Adapter Cable (red and white plugs) to the corresponding red and white "Audio Out" ports on your TV.
  2. Connect the 3.5mm plug of the RCA Adapter Cable to the "Aux" input on the back of the headphone charging base.
  3. On your TV's audio settings, select "Analog Audio Out" as the audio output.

3. Bluetooth Pairing (for Mobile Devices/Computers)

While primarily designed for TV, these headphones can also connect to other Bluetooth-enabled devices.

  1. Ensure the headphones are charged and powered on.
  2. On your mobile device or computer, enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
  3. Select "Dytole TV001" (or similar) from the list of found devices.
  4. Once paired, the headphones will indicate a successful connection (e.g., solid blue LED on the base).

ProblemPossible Cause / Solution
No sound from headphones.
  • Ensure headphones are powered on and charged.
  • Verify the audio cable is securely connected to both the TV and the charging base.
  • Check TV audio output settings (Optical/AUX/RCA selected correctly).
  • Increase headphone volume.
  • Ensure TV volume is not muted or too low.
Audio delay (latency).
  • Ensure you are using the Optical connection for lowest latency (<40ms).
  • Some TVs may introduce slight processing delay; check TV audio settings for "Game Mode" or "Bypass" options.
Headphones not charging.
  • Ensure the USB charging cable is properly connected to the base and power source.
  • Verify the headphones are correctly seated on the charging contacts of the base.
  • Check if the power adapter is working.
Poor sound quality / Static.
  • Check cable connections for looseness or damage.
  • Ensure the headphones are within the 30-meter/100-foot range of the charging base (transmitter).
  • Minimize interference from other wireless devices.
