6. Operating Instructions
6.1. Lamination Process
- Prepare Document: Place your document or photo inside a laminating pouch, ensuring it is centered and there is a small border around the edges.
- Insert Pouch: Once the "Ready" light is green (for hot mode), insert the sealed edge of the laminating pouch into the machine's entry slot. The auto paper feed system will automatically pull the pouch through.
- Retrieve Laminated Item: The laminated document will exit from the rear slot. Allow it to cool on a flat surface before handling.
6.2. Using the Built-in Paper Trimmer
The laminator features an integrated paper trimmer for precise cuts.
- Access Trimmer: The trimmer is located on the top of the machine.
- Select Cut Type: Choose from straight, dashed (perforated), or wavy edges using the interchangeable cutters stored in the compartment.
- Position Document: Place your laminated document under the trimmer guide, aligning it with the desired cut line.
- Cut: Gently slide the cutter along the guide to trim the document.
6.3. Using the Corner Rounder and Hole Puncher
