4.2 Filter Installation

The type of filter required depends on whether you are performing wet or dry vacuuming.

For Dry Vacuuming:

  1. Remove the motor head from the tank.
  2. Install the reusable dry filter over the filter cage, ensuring it covers the entire cage. Secure it with the clamp ring.
  3. For fine dust, you may also insert the disposable dust bag into the tank, aligning the cardboard collar with the inlet port.
  4. Replace the motor head, ensuring the latches are securely fastened.

For Wet Vacuuming:

  1. Remove the motor head from the tank.
  2. Remove any dry filters or dust bags.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Dry Vacuuming

Ensure the reusable dry filter and/or dust bag is correctly installed. Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet. Turn the vacuum ON using the power switch. Guide the appropriate nozzle over the dry debris to be collected. The vacuum's strong suction efficiently picks up dust, dirt, and other dry materials.

5.2 Wet Vacuuming

Ensure the foam filter is correctly installed and any dry filters or dust bags are removed. Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet. Turn the vacuum ON. Guide the appropriate nozzle over the liquid spill. The vacuum will collect the liquid into the tank. Do not overfill the tank; the float mechanism will shut off suction when the tank is full. Turn off the vacuum and empty the tank immediately after wet use.

5.3 Blower Function

To use the blower function, disconnect the hose from the vacuum inlet port. Insert the hose into the blower port located on the motor head. Ensure the hose is securely fastened. Turn the vacuum ON. The vacuum will now function as a powerful blower, useful for clearing leaves or debris from surfaces.

6. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your vacuum.

6.1 Emptying the Tank

  1. Unplug the vacuum from the power outlet.
  2. Unlatch the motor head and carefully lift it off the tank.
  3. Pour out any collected liquids or dispose of dry debris.
  4. Clean the inside of the tank with water and mild soap if necessary, then rinse thoroughly and allow to dry completely before reassembly.

6.2 Filter Cleaning and Replacement

Foam Filter (Wet Use):

After wet vacuuming, remove the foam filter and rinse it thoroughly with water. Squeeze out excess water and allow it to air dry completely before reinstalling or storing.

Reusable Dry Filter (Dry Use):

For dry vacuuming, periodically remove the reusable dry filter and gently tap it to dislodge dust. For heavier buildup, rinse with water and allow to air dry completely before reinstalling. Replace if damaged or if suction performance decreases significantly.

Disposable Dust Bag (Dry Use):

Replace the disposable dust bag when it is full or when suction performance noticeably drops. Do not attempt to reuse or clean disposable bags.

6.3 Accessory Storage

The vacuum features on-board storage for accessories, allowing for convenient organization of extension wands, nozzles, and the power cord. Wrap the power cord around the designated cord wraps on the motor head.
