1. Introduction

Featuring a powerful brushless motor and a 20V 2.0 Ah battery, it provides maximum performance and extended operational life. This manual provides essential information for safe operation, setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and longevity of your tool.

2. Safety Instructions

Always observe basic safety precautions when using electrical tools to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, and personal injury. Read all instructions carefully before operating the tool.

  • Work Area Safety: Keep your work area clean and well-lit. Cluttered or dark areas invite accidents. Do not operate power tools in explosive atmospheres, such as in the presence of flammable liquids, gases, or dust.
  • Electrical Safety: Avoid body contact with earthed or grounded surfaces. Do not expose power tools to rain or wet conditions.
  • Personal Safety: Always wear eye protection. Use hearing protection when operating the tool for extended periods. Dress properly; avoid loose clothing or jewelry. Secure long hair.
  • Tool Use and Care: Do not force the power tool. Use the correct power tool for your application. Disconnect the battery pack from the power tool before making any adjustments, changing accessories, or storing power tools.
  • Battery Pack Use and Care: Recharge only with the charger specified by the manufacturer. Do not use battery packs with any other power tools. Do not open or damage the battery pack.

3. Setup

3.1. Charging the Battery

The battery pack is not fully charged upon purchase. Before first use, charge the battery completely. Use only the supplied 20V 2.0 Ah charger.

  1. Connect the charger to a standard power outlet.
  2. Slide the battery pack onto the charger until it clicks into place.
  3. The charging indicator light on the charger will show the charging status. Refer to the charger's specific instructions for light indications.
  4. Once fully charged, disconnect the charger from the power outlet and remove the battery pack.

3.2. Installing the Battery

To install the battery pack, align it with the battery port on the tool's base and slide it in until it locks securely. To remove, press the battery release button and slide the battery out.

3.3. Attaching Sockets and Bits

The tool features a 1/2-inch square drive for impact sockets and a 1/4-inch hexagonal chuck for screwdriver bits.

  • For Impact Sockets (1/2" Square Drive): Push the desired socket onto the square drive until it clicks into place. Ensure it is securely fastened before operation.
  • For Screwdriver Bits (1/4" Hexagonal Chuck): Insert the hexagonal shank of the bit into the chuck. Pull back the collar, insert the bit, and release the collar to lock it.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1. Powering On/Off and Speed Control

The tool is activated by pressing the trigger switch. The speed is variable and controlled by the amount of pressure applied to the trigger. For lower speeds, apply less pressure; for higher speeds, apply more pressure.

4.2. Forward/Reverse Rotation

The direction of rotation is controlled by the forward/reverse selector switch, typically located above the trigger. Push the switch to the left for forward rotation (tightening) and to the right for reverse rotation (loosening). Ensure the tool is completely stopped before changing the direction of rotation.

4.3. Impact Wrench Mode

For tightening or loosening nuts and bolts, attach the appropriate impact socket to the 1/2-inch square drive. Select the desired speed and direction. Apply firm pressure to the fastener and press the trigger. The impact mechanism will engage automatically when resistance is met.

4.4. Screwdriver Mode

For driving or removing screws, attach the appropriate screwdriver bit to the 1/4-inch hexagonal chuck. Select the desired speed and direction. Apply steady pressure to the screw head and press the trigger. The tool's variable speed allows for precise control.

4.5. LED Work Light

The integrated LED light illuminates the work area, improving visibility in dimly lit conditions. It activates automatically when the trigger is pressed.

4.6. Battery Indicator

The battery indicator lights provide a visual representation of the remaining battery charge. Monitor this indicator to avoid interruptions during work.

4.7. Belt Clip

The integrated belt clip allows for convenient temporary storage of the tool when not in immediate use, keeping it within reach.

5. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your tool.

  • Cleaning: Keep the ventilation openings clean and free from dust. Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the tool casing. Do not use solvents or abrasive cleaners.
  • Battery Care: Store batteries in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Do not store fully discharged batteries for extended periods. Recharge them periodically if not in use.
  • Storage: When not in use, store the tool and its accessories in a dry, secure location, out of reach of children.
  • Brushless Motor: The brushless motor requires no carbon brush replacement, reducing maintenance needs.

6. Troubleshooting
