Setup

Initial Charging

Attaching the Inflation Hose

Operating Instructions

Powering On/Off

• To Power On: Press and hold the power button (U) for 2-3 seconds. The digital display will illuminate.
• To Power Off: Press and hold the power button (U) for 2-3 seconds. The display will turn off. The device will also automatically power off after a period of inactivity.

Selecting Inflation Mode and Pressure Unit

1. After powering on, press the 'M' button to cycle through the four preset inflation modes: Car, Motorcycle, Bicycle, and Ball. Each mode has a default preset pressure.
2. To change the pressure unit (PSI, BAR, KPA, Kg/cm²), press and hold the 'M' button for 2-3 seconds.

Setting Target Pressure

1. Once a mode is selected, the preset pressure for that mode will be displayed.
2. Use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the target pressure to your desired value. Pressing and holding the buttons will adjust the pressure more quickly.

Starting and Stopping Inflation

1. Connect the inflation hose with the appropriate nozzle to the item you wish to inflate. Ensure a secure connection to prevent air leakage.
2. Press the power button (U) briefly to start inflation. The inflator will automatically stop when the preset target pressure is reached.
3. To manually stop inflation at any time, press the power button (U) again.

Power Bank Function

The CZK-5641C can also function as a power bank. Connect your device (e.g., smartphone) to the USB output port on the inflator using your device's charging cable. The inflator will begin charging your device.

LED Light and SOS Flashlight

• To turn on the LED light: With the device powered on, press the 'SOS' button once.
