  2. Placement: Place the heater on a firm, level surface. Ensure it is at least 1 meter (3 feet) away from walls, furniture, and any combustible materials. Do not place it directly under a power outlet.
  3. Power Connection: Ensure the heater is switched off (all controls in the 'OFF' position) before plugging it into a standard 220V electrical outlet.
  4. Humidifier Preparation (Optional): If you intend to use the humidifier function, locate the water reservoir (typically a pull-out tray or a fill port on the side/back). Fill it with clean, distilled water to the indicated maximum fill line. Securely close the reservoir or cap the fill port.

5. Operating Instructions

  1. Power On: Plug the heater into a suitable electrical outlet.

6. Humidifier Operation

The integrated humidifier helps to prevent the air from becoming too dry during heating.

  1. Filling the Water Tank: Locate the humidifier water tank, typically a small drawer or cap on the side or back of the heater. Gently pull out the drawer or unscrew the cap. Fill the tank with clean, distilled water. Do not overfill; observe the maximum fill line.
  2. Securing the Tank: Once filled, carefully push the drawer back into place or securely screw the cap back on. Ensure it is properly sealed to prevent leaks.
  3. Activating Humidifier: The humidifier function usually operates automatically when the heater is on, or it may have a separate switch/indicator. Refer to the specific markings on your unit.
  4. Monitoring Water Level: Regularly check the water level in the humidifier tank. Refill as needed to maintain humidity. Do not operate the humidifier without water.

7. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Always unplug the heater and allow it to cool completely before cleaning. Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the exterior surfaces. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents. Do not immerse the heater in water.
  • Humidifier Cleaning: Periodically clean the humidifier tank to prevent mineral buildup and bacterial growth. Remove the tank, empty any remaining water, and rinse thoroughly with clean water. For stubborn deposits, use a mild descaling solution as recommended for humidifiers.
  • Storage: When not in use, store the heater in a cool, dry place, preferably in its original packaging.
