4. Setup

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove all packaging materials and inspect the kettle for any damage.
  2. First Use Cleaning: Before first use, fill the kettle with water to the MAX line, boil it, and then discard the water. Repeat this process 2-3 times to remove any manufacturing residues. Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth.
  3. Placement: Place the power base on a dry, flat, and stable surface. Ensure the power cord is not dangling where it can be pulled or tripped over.
  4. Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Filling the Kettle

  1. Remove the lid from the kettle.
  2. Fill the kettle with fresh, cold water. Ensure the water level is between the MIN and MAX marks inside the kettle. Do not overfill.
  3. Replace the lid securely.

5.2 Powering On and Setting Temperature

  1. Place the kettle firmly on the power base.
  2. Press the power button (usually indicated by a power symbol) on the base to turn on the kettle. The LED display will illuminate.
  3. Use the temperature control dial or buttons to select your desired temperature between 104-212°F (40-100°C). The display will show the target temperature.
  4. The kettle will begin heating. The real-time temperature will be displayed as it heats up.

5.3 Keep Warm Function

  • After reaching the set temperature, the kettle can automatically enter a keep-warm mode.
  • The default keep-warm time is 8 hours, but it can be adjusted from 1 to 24 hours using the controls on the base.

5.4 Teapot Memory Function

  • If you lift the kettle from the base and place it back within 30 minutes, it will remember the last set temperature and resume heating/keeping warm if necessary.
  • After 30 minutes, the memory function will reset.

5.5 Buzzer Mute

  • To enjoy a quiet brewing time, you can mute the buzzer with a single click on the designated button (refer to the manual for specific button location).

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

Always unplug the kettle and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
