3. Assembly Instructions
Follow these steps to assemble your YOWMOFT YMCSV-YM shop vacuum.
3.1 Attaching Caster Wheels
- Invert the vacuum container to access the pedestal.
- Insert each of the four caster wheels into the designated slots on the pedestal until they click securely into place.
- Return the vacuum to an upright position.
3.2 Filter Installation
The type of filter depends on whether you are performing wet or dry vacuuming.
- For Dry Vacuuming: Install the HEPA filter onto the motor housing inside the container. Ensure it is seated firmly.
- For Wet Vacuuming: Remove the HEPA filter. Install the foam filter over the motor housing. The foam filter protects the motor from liquids.

- Ensure the HEPA filter is installed and the foam filter is removed.
- Attach the desired hose, extension tubes, and nozzle.
- Insert a charged battery.
- Press the power switch to turn on the vacuum.
- Guide the nozzle over the dry debris to be collected.
- After use, turn off the vacuum and remove the battery.
5.2 Wet Vacuuming
- Remove the HEPA filter and install the foam filter.
- Attach the desired hose, extension tubes, and nozzle. The Wet Dry Floor Nozzle is often suitable for wet spills.
- Insert a charged battery.
- Press the power switch to turn on the vacuum.
- Guide the nozzle over the liquid spill. The vacuum will automatically shut off when the liquid reaches a certain level to prevent overfilling.
- After use, turn off the vacuum, remove the battery, and empty the liquid from the container.
5.3 Blower Function
- Ensure the vacuum is off and the battery is removed.
- Disconnect the hose from the suction port.
- Connect the hose to the blower port, typically located on the rear or side of the motor head.
- Insert a charged battery.
- Press the power switch to activate the blower.
- Direct the airflow to clear debris.
- After use, turn off the vacuum and remove the battery.
6. Maintenance
