Setup Guide

1. SIM Card Installation

The Veunti Kids Smart Watch G31 requires a Nano SIM card for 4G network connectivity. A Speedtalk Nano SIM card is recommended. SIM cards are not included with the watch.

  1. Ensure the watch is powered off before inserting the SIM card.
  2. Locate the SIM card slot on the side of the watch (refer to the Product Overview diagram).
  3. Carefully insert the Nano SIM card into the slot with the gold contacts facing up, ensuring it is fully seated.
  4. After inserting the SIM card, power on the watch by pressing and holding the Power Button for 5 seconds.
  5. Verify that a 4G network indicator appears on the watch screen. If no signal is displayed, proceed to the APN Configuration step.

2. App Download and Binding

To utilize all features of the smartwatch, you must download and bind the corresponding application on a parent's smartphone (Android or iOS).

  1. Scan the QR code provided in the Quick Start Guide or search for the recommended app in your smartphone's app store.
  2. Install the application on your smartphone.
  3. Follow the in-app instructions to register an account and bind the watch to your account. This typically involves scanning a QR code displayed on the watch or entering a unique device ID.

3. APN Configuration (If No Network Signal)

If the watch does not display a 4G network signal after SIM card insertion and restart, you may need to configure the Access Point Name (APN) settings.

  1. Navigate to the "Settings" menu on the smartwatch.
  2. Locate and select the "APN" option.
  3. Enter the APN settings provided by your SIM card carrier (e.g., Speedtalk). If you are unsure of the correct settings, contact your SIM card provider or the Veunti customer support for assistance.
  4. Save the settings and restart the watch. The 4G network indicator should now appear.

Operating Instructions

Basic Navigation

The watch features a touch screen for navigation. Swipe left/right to browse applications, tap to select, and use the Return Button to go back.

1. Phone Calls

The watch supports two-way communication with pre-approved contacts.

  • Adding Contacts: Up to 15 phone numbers can be added via the parent's app for daily calls.
  • Making Calls: From the watch interface, select the "Phone" application, choose a contact, and tap to dial.
  • Receiving Calls: When a call comes in, tap the green answer icon to accept or the red icon to decline.
  • Reject Unknown Calls: The parent app allows enabling a feature to reject calls from numbers not in the approved contact list.

2. Video Calls

  • Select the "Video Call" application on the watch.
  • Choose a contact from the list to initiate a video call.

3. Voice Chat

Send and receive short voice messages with contacts.

  • Open the "Voice Chat" application.

4. SOS Function

In an emergency, the SOS function allows the child to quickly alert guardians.

  • Press and hold the external SOS button for more than 5 seconds.
  • The watch will automatically dial the pre-set emergency contact numbers (up to 3 guardian numbers can be set in the app) in a circular manner until one is answered.
  • An emergency message will also be sent to the guardians' smartphones via the app.

Battery Charging
