4. Assembly Instructions

The Decksplore 320 Gallon Outdoor Storage Box features tool-free assembly for most components, with minimal hardware required for the lid mechanism. It is recommended to have two people for easier assembly.

1. Prepare the Base: Lay the bottom panel on a clean, flat, and level surface.
2. Attach Side Panels: Snap the four side panels into the grooves of the bottom panel. Ensure all connections are secure and click into place.
3. Install Reinforcement Bars: Insert the metal reinforcement bars along the top edges of the side panels and secure them with the provided screws.
4. Attach Hydraulic Rods: Secure the hydraulic rods to the designated points on the side panels and the lid using the provided hardware. These rods assist in smooth opening and soft closing.
5. Attach the Lid: Carefully align the lid with the top edges of the assembled box and snap it into place. Ensure the lid hinges are properly connected to the hydraulic rods.

5. Operating Instructions

Opening and Closing the Lid

The storage box lid is equipped with hydraulic rods for smooth and controlled opening and closing. To open, simply lift the lid. It will stay open on its own. To close, gently pull the lid down; the hydraulic rods will ensure a soft, slow descent, preventing slamming.
