2. Safety Information

4. Assembly Instructions
Assembly is quick and straightforward. A rubber mallet is recommended for secure installation.
- Step 1: Attach Support Rods to Bottom Tray
Take the bottom tray and insert the four aluminum alloy rods into the designated slots. Ensure they are firmly seated. - Step 2: Install Top Tray and Handles
Place the second tray onto the top of the four rods. Securely attach the two ergonomic handles to the top tray. Use a rubber mallet to gently tap the components into place for a snug fit. - Step 3: Attach Casters
Turn the cart upside down. Attach the four swivel casters to the bottom of the cart. Two of the casters have brakes; it is recommended to install these on the same side for easier access. Use a rubber mallet to ensure the casters are fully inserted and secure.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Loading the Cart
- Place items on the trays, ensuring weight is distributed evenly.
- The raised edges of the trays help prevent items from sliding off during movement.
- Utilize the 25.2-inch spacing between shelves for larger items.
5.2 Moving the Cart
The cart is equipped with four 360° swivel casters and ergonomic handles for smooth mobility.
- Grasp the ergonomic handles firmly to steer and push the cart.
- The 4-inch PP wheels are designed to absorb shocks and reduce noise during movement.

5.3 Engaging Brakes
Two of the swivel casters are equipped with brakes to secure the cart in place.
- To engage a brake, press down on the lever located on the caster with your foot until it locks.
- To release a brake, lift the lever with your foot.
- Always engage both brakes when parking the cart to ensure maximum stability.

6. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your utility cart.
- Cleaning: The cart's industrial-grade PP material and aluminum alloy frame are waterproof and rust-resistant. Simply wipe clean with a damp cloth for effortless cleaning and maintenance. Avoid abrasive cleaners that may damage the surface.
- Inspection: Periodically inspect all connections, especially the support rods and casters, to ensure they remain tight and secure.
- Wheel Care: Check casters for any debris (hair, string, etc.) that may impede smooth rolling. Remove any obstructions.

7. Troubleshooting
- Cart is unstable: Ensure all support rods are fully inserted and secured. Verify that the load is evenly distributed and within the specified weight limits.
- Wheels not rolling smoothly: Check casters for debris and remove any obstructions. Ensure brakes are fully disengaged.
- Difficulty assembling: Refer to the assembly instructions and ensure components are aligned correctly. A rubber mallet can assist in seating parts firmly.
