2. Package Contents

Verify that all items are present in your package:

  • 1 x Sicodo BYHA-002 Wireless Charging Pad
  • 1 x QC3.0 18W USB Wall Charger
  • 1 x 3ft USB-A to USB-C Cable

3. Setup Instructions

  1. Connect the Adapter: Insert the USB-A end of the provided cable into the QC3.0 18W USB Wall Charger.

  2. Connect to Charger: Insert the USB-C end of the cable into the port on the Sicodo BYHA-002 Wireless Charging Pad.
  3. Power On: Plug the QC3.0 18W USB Wall Charger into a standard electrical outlet. The green LED indicator on the charging pad will flash for 3 seconds, then turn off. This indicates the charger is powered on and in standby mode.

Note: For optimal fast charging performance, always use the included 18W QC 3.0 power adapter. Ensure your device supports wireless charging.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Charging Your Device

  1. Placement: Place your wireless charging compatible smartphone or earbuds directly onto the center of the Sicodo BYHA-002 Wireless Charging Pad.
  2. Charging Confirmation: The green LED indicator on the charging pad will illuminate for 16 seconds to confirm that charging has begun, then it will turn off to avoid disturbing your sleep. Your device's screen should also indicate that it is charging.
  3. Optimal Placement: Ensure your device is centered on the charging pad for stable and efficient charging.

4.2 LED Indicator Status

  • Green Light Pulse (3 seconds): Power source connected.
  • Green Light (after 16 seconds disappears): Device is charging.
  • Flashing Red Light: Charging failure (e.g., foreign object detected, misaligned device).

4.4 Case Compatibility

The Sicodo BYHA-002 Wireless Charger is designed to be case-friendly. It can charge through phone cases up to 5mm thick. This includes soft cases made of Silicone or TPU, and hard cases made of PC or Carbon.

Important: Magnetic attachments, metal attachments, or credit cards placed between your device and the charging pad will prevent charging. Remove these before placing your device on the charger.

5. Maintenance

  • Keep the charging pad clean and free of dust and debris. Use a soft, dry cloth for cleaning.
  • Avoid exposing the charger to extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, or moisture.
  • Do not disassemble or attempt to repair the device yourself. This will void the warranty.

Warning: It is normal for the charging pad to become slightly warm during operation. If it becomes excessively hot, discontinue use and contact customer support. Do not place foreign metallic objects on the charging pad.

7. Troubleshooting

  • Ensure proper alignment and no foreign objects.
  • Use in a well-ventilated area.
