Safety Information

Setup and Assembly

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
2. Wheel Attachment: Securely attach the wheels according to the provided diagrams. Ensure all fasteners are tightened.
3. Steering Column Assembly: Assemble the steering column and connect it to the steering mechanism.
4. Battery Connection: Connect the battery as instructed. Ensure proper polarity.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your go kart.

• Charging:
  • Charge the 24V 7AH battery fully after each use.
  • Do not overcharge the battery.
  • If the go kart is not used for an extended period, charge the battery at least once a month to maintain its health.
  • Ensure the charger connection is secure. Some users have reported the turning/locking ring on the charger becoming stiff; handle with care.
• Cleaning: Wipe down the go kart with a damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Avoid spraying water directly onto electrical components.
• Storage: Store the go kart in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight and moisture. The adjustable length allows for compact storage, even in a car trunk.
• Tires: The durable TPR (front) and PA nylon (rear) tires are designed for various surfaces. Inspect them regularly for wear and tear.
