Setup and Installation
Before beginning installation, ensure the main power supply is turned off. This faucet is designed for a lower water inlet connection and must be installed upright.
1. Pre-installation Checks
- Confirm your water pressure is within the required range of 0.04-0.6 MPa.
- Ensure the installation surface is stable and can support the faucet.
- Verify the water inlet pipe diameter is 1/4 inch.
2. Mounting the Faucet
- Insert the faucet into the mounting hole on your sink or countertop.
- Secure the faucet from underneath using the provided assembly accessories (washer, nut). Ensure it is firmly tightened and stable.
3. Water Connection
- Connect the water inlet pipe to the lower inlet of the faucet. Ensure a watertight seal using appropriate plumbing tape or sealant.
- Connect the other end of the water inlet pipe to your cold water supply.
- Once connected, slowly open the main water supply valve and check for any leaks.
4. Electrical Connection
- Connect the power cord to a grounded 220-240V, 50Hz electrical outlet.
- Ensure the circuit is capable of handling a 3000W load. A dedicated circuit is recommended.

Operating Instructions
This faucet features a single lever design for controlling both water flow and temperature, along with a digital display for precise temperature monitoring.
1. Initial Use
- Before plugging in the faucet or turning on the power, open the cold water handle and let water flow through the faucet for at least 30 seconds to ensure the heating chamber is filled.
- Plug in the faucet or turn on the power supply. The digital display will illuminate.
2. Water Flow and Temperature Control
- Cold Water: Move the lever to the cold water position (typically to the right or indicated by a blue marker). Water will flow without heating.
- Hot Water: Move the lever to the hot water position (typically to the left or indicated by a red marker). The 3000W heating element will activate, providing instant hot water. The digital display will show the current water temperature.
- Adjust the lever position between cold and hot to achieve the desired water temperature.
- Adjust the lever's vertical position to control water flow intensity.

Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your faucet.
- Cleaning: Clean the exterior of the faucet with a soft, damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the finish.
- Aerator Cleaning: Periodically unscrew the aerator at the tip of the spout and clean any mineral deposits or debris. Rinse thoroughly and reattach.
- Descaling: In areas with hard water, mineral buildup (limescale) may occur. If water flow decreases or heating efficiency reduces, consult a qualified plumber for descaling procedures. Do not attempt to disassemble the heating element yourself.
- Winterization (if applicable): If the faucet is installed in an area prone to freezing temperatures, ensure the water supply is drained to prevent damage from freezing.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your faucet, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| No hot water / Faucet not heating | No power supply; Water pressure too low; Heating element malfunction. | Check power connection and circuit breaker. Ensure water pressure is adequate (0.04-0.6 MPa). If problem persists, contact a qualified technician. |
| Water leakage | Loose connections; Damaged seals. | Check all water connections and tighten if necessary. Inspect seals and replace if damaged. |
| Low water flow | Clogged aerator; Low water pressure; Blockage in water lines. | Clean the aerator. Check main water supply pressure. Inspect water lines for kinks or blockages. |
| Digital display not working | No power; Electrical fault. | Check power connection. If power is present and display remains off, contact a qualified technician. |
For issues not listed above, or if troubleshooting steps do not resolve the problem, please contact customer support or a qualified service professional.
