Setup and First Use

Operating Instructions

General Operation

  • Power Button: Press the power button () to turn the unit on or off.
  • Selecting a Zone: The unit features two independent cooking zones, labeled 1 and 2. Select the desired zone to adjust its settings.
  • Function Selection: Choose from Air Fry, Roast, Reheat, or Dehydrate by pressing the corresponding button.
  • Temperature Adjustment: Use the TEMP ▲/▼ buttons to set the desired cooking temperature (105℉ - 400℉).
  • Time Adjustment: Use the TIME ▲/▼ buttons to set the desired cooking time.
  • Start/Pause: Press the START/PAUSE button to begin or temporarily stop cooking.

  • Air Fry: For crispy results with little to no oil. Ideal for fries, chicken wings, and vegetables.

DualZone Technology

DualZone Technology allows you to cook two different foods in two different ways simultaneously.

Smart Finish

The Smart Finish feature allows you to cook two different foods with different settings (function, temperature, time) in each basket, and have them finish cooking at the same time.

  1. Load food into both baskets.
  2. Select Zone 1, choose a cooking function, temperature, and time.
  3. Select Zone 2, choose a different cooking function, temperature, and time.
  4. Press the SMART FINISH button.
  5. Press START/PAUSE to begin. The unit will automatically adjust cooking times so both zones finish simultaneously.

Match Cook

The Match Cook feature allows you to quickly duplicate the settings from Zone 1 to Zone 2, enabling you to cook a larger quantity of the same food.

  2. Select Zone 1, choose a cooking function, temperature, and time.
