2. Safety Information

Your safety is paramount. Always adhere to local traffic laws and regulations. Wear a helmet and appropriate safety gear when riding. Perform a pre-ride inspection before each use. Do not operate the bicycle under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Avoid riding in adverse weather conditions.

4. Setup and Assembly

The RAOO MIN LE003 is designed for quick and easy assembly. Most components are pre-assembled. Follow these steps to prepare your bicycle for its first ride:

1. Unfolding the Bicycle: Carefully remove the bicycle from its packaging. Unfold the frame and handlebar stem until they lock into place. Ensure all locking mechanisms are secure.
2. Installing Pedals: Identify the left (L) and right (R) pedals. Thread the 'L' pedal counter-clockwise into the left crank arm and the 'R' pedal clockwise into the right crank arm. Tighten firmly with a wrench.
3. Installing the Seat: Insert the seat post into the frame's seat tube. Adjust the seat height to a comfortable position, ensuring your feet can touch the ground when stopped. Secure the quick-release lever.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Powering On/Off

To power on the bicycle, press and hold the power button on the LCD display. To power off, press and hold the same button until the display turns off.

5.2 Riding Modes

The LE003 offers three distinct riding modes to suit various needs:

• Pure Electric Mode: Engage this mode for fully motorized assistance. Simply twist the throttle to accelerate.
• Power-Assisted Mode: This mode provides motor assistance as you pedal, making your ride easier and extending battery range. Adjust the assistance level via the LCD display.
• Assisted Push Mode: A special mode designed to help you push the bicycle effortlessly when not riding, useful for walking alongside the bike.

5.3 LCD Display

The intelligent LCD display provides real-time data to monitor your ride:

• Power Supply: Indicates the current power output.
• Battery Level: Shows the remaining battery charge.
• Riding Mode: Displays the currently active riding mode.
• Distance: Tracks trip distance and total odometer.
• Speed: Shows current speed.
• Error Codes: Alerts you to any system malfunctions.
• Assistance Level: Indicates the level of power assistance in Power-Assisted Mode.

5.4 Charging the Battery

The LE003 is equipped with a 36V 7.8Ah Lithium-Ion battery. To charge:

1. Ensure the bicycle is powered off.
2. Locate the charging port, typically on the frame near the battery.
3. Connect the charger to the charging port, then plug the charger into a standard wall outlet.
4. The indicator light on the charger will show charging status (e.g., red for charging, green for fully charged).
5. Charging typically takes 4-6 hours for a full charge.
6. Disconnect the charger once charging is complete.

5.5 Braking System

The LE003 features front and rear disc brakes for reliable stopping power. Always apply both brakes simultaneously for balanced and effective braking. Regularly check brake pads for wear and ensure brake levers are responsive.

6. Maintenance
