2. Safety Information

4. Setup
4.1 Unpacking and Initial Placement
- Carefully remove the dehumidifier from its packaging.
- Place the unit on a flat, stable surface in the desired location. Ensure there is adequate space around the unit for proper airflow.
- Allow the unit to stand upright for at least 24 hours before plugging it in to allow the compressor fluids to settle.
4.2 Power Connection
Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet. Ensure the voltage matches the unit's requirements.
4.3 Drainage Options
Your dehumidifier offers two methods for water removal:
- Manual Water Tank: The unit collects water in its internal 70oz (0.53 Gallons) water tank. When the tank is full or incorrectly placed, the unit will automatically shut off and display an "E4" error.
- Continuous Drainage: For uninterrupted operation, connect the provided drain hose to the drainage port on the back of the unit and direct the other end to a suitable drain.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Control Panel Overview
The control panel is located on the top of the unit and features an intelligent humidity display screen and multiple touch buttons for easy operation.

5.2 Functions
- On/Standby Button: Press to turn the unit on or off.
- Humidity Adjustment (INC/DEC): Use the 'INC' (increase) and 'DEC' (decrease) buttons to set your desired humidity level. The unit will operate to maintain this level.
- Mode Button: Cycle through the 3 operating modes: Auto, Dry, and Sleep.
- Auto Mode: Maintains optimal air humidity automatically.
- Drying Mode: Provides rapid dehumidification, suitable for drying clothes.
- Sleep Mode: Operates quietly for undisturbed nighttime dehumidification.
- Speed Button: Adjusts the fan speed between low and high settings.
- Timer Button: Set a timer for the unit to automatically turn off after a specified duration (up to 24 hours).
- Child Lock Button: Press and hold for 3 seconds to activate or deactivate the child lock, preventing accidental changes to settings.
6. Maintenance
6.1 Emptying the Water Tank
- When the water tank is full, the unit will beep and display an "E4" error, indicating it needs to be emptied.
- Carefully pull out the water tank from the back of the unit.
- Empty the collected water into a sink or drain.
- Slide the empty water tank back into the unit until it clicks into place. The unit will resume operation.

6.2 Cleaning the Air Filter
The dehumidifier is equipped with a washable filter to maintain optimal performance and air quality.
- Turn off and unplug the unit before cleaning.
- Remove the filter cover from the back of the unit.
- Gently remove the filter.
- Wash the filter with clean water and a mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly and allow it to air dry completely before reinstallation.
- Reinsert the dry filter and replace the filter cover.

6.3 Automatic Defrost
The unit features an automatic defrost function, allowing it to operate normally in colder environments by preventing ice buildup on the coils. This ensures continuous and efficient operation.
