4. Setup

4.1 Unpacking and Inspection

Carefully unpack all components. Verify that all items listed in the packing list are present and undamaged.

4.2 Power Connection

4.3 Nozzle Installation

5.1 General Operation Steps

  1. Power On: Turn on the main power switch.
  2. Select Language: On the smart control panel, select your preferred language.
  3. Choose Mode: Select the desired operation mode (Welding, Cutting, Cleaning, or Weld Seam Cleaning).
  4. Adjust Parameters: Set the specific parameters for the chosen mode, such as power, speed, and wobble settings. The process library can be used to recall saved settings.
  5. Safety Check: Ensure all safety measures are in place, including wearing OD7+ protective goggles.
  6. Begin Operation: Activate the laser and perform the task.

5.3 Cutting Operation
