Setup & Operating Guide
How to Connect
The Lark A1 system is designed for plug-and-play operation. Simply take the transmitters and receivers out of the charging case. They will automatically power on and pair. Plug the appropriate receiver (USB-C or Lightning) into your smartphone. A solid blue light on both devices indicates a successful connection and readiness to record.
How to Wear the Microphone
Attach the transmitter to your clothing using the magnetic clip. For optimal voice capture, position the microphone near your collar. If projecting loudly, such as for public speaking, move it slightly lower to your upper chest. Always ensure the microphone pickup hole faces upward for studio-quality sound.
Basic Controls (on device)
- Power On/Off: Press and hold the power button on the transmitter for 3 seconds.
- Noise Cancellation: Single-click the button on the transmitter to toggle noise cancellation on or off.
- Mute/Unmute: Double-click the button on the transmitter to mute or unmute the microphone.
- Start/Stop Recording: Triple-click the button on the transmitter when connected to your phone's receiver to start or stop recording, or even take photos in your native camera app.
