4. Setup Instructions

- Drip Tray Installation: Slide the detachable drip tray into its designated slot beneath the rollers.

- Power Connection: Ensure the power switches are in the "OFF" position before plugging the machine into a grounded 120V AC outlet.

5. Operating Instructions
- Preheating: Turn on the main power switch. Allow the machine to warm up for approximately two minutes before placing hot dogs on the rollers.
- Applying Oil (Optional): For best results and to prevent sticking, lightly brush the rollers with cooking oil before placing hot dogs.
- Loading Hot Dogs: Place up to 30 standard hot dogs evenly across the 11 stainless steel rollers.
- Temperature Control:
- Use the Front Temperature Control knob for the first 5 rollers to cook hot dogs.
- Use the Back Temperature Control knob for the last 6 rollers to keep cooked hot dogs warm.
- Adjust temperature as needed, up to 572°F (300°C).
- Rotation: Turn on the "ROTATE" switch to activate the continuous 360° rotation of the rollers for even cooking.
- Lighting: Turn on the "LIGHTING" switch for improved visibility.
- Cooking Time: Cooking time will vary based on the type and size of hot dogs (pre-cooked or frozen) and desired doneness. Monitor hot dogs closely.
- Serving: Use the provided gripping tool set to remove hot dogs from the rollers.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your hot dog roller machine.
- Power Off and Unplug: Always turn off the machine and unplug it from the power outlet before cleaning. Allow the unit to cool completely.
- Remove Drip Tray: Carefully slide out and empty the detachable drip tray. Wash it with warm, soapy water and rinse thoroughly.
