• Door Weight: The system supports doors weighing up to 132 lbs.
• Minimum Door Width: The width of the door should not be less than 28-17/32".
• Door Panel Groove: An L-groove needs to be cut into the top of the door. The door panel requires at least 19/32" of material for screws.

5.2. Step-by-Step Installation Guide

1. Prepare the Door:
   • Cut an L-groove into the top edge of your door panel. Refer to Figure 4.1 for precise dimensions and ensure sufficient material (at least 19/32") for screw attachment.
   • Measure the length of the bottom groove on your door. This measurement will be used to cut the bottom track.
2. Install Bottom Track and Wheels:
   • Cut the bottom track to the measured length of your door's bottom groove.
   • Insert the bottom wheels into the prepared groove on the bottom edge of the door. These wheels fix the sides of the bottom track and provide load-bearing support.

3. Mark and Drill for Top Roller:
   • Position the top roller assembly on the wall where the door will slide. Mark the drilling points for the screws. Ensure the height and alignment are correct for the door's movement.
   • Drill pilot holes at the marked locations.
4. Install Top Roller and Soft Close Mechanisms:
   • Secure the top roller assembly to the wall using the provided screws.
   • Attach the soft close mechanisms and anti-jump devices to the top track as shown in Figure 5.2. These components ensure smooth and quiet door operation, preventing the door from jumping off the track.

5. Mount the Top Track:
   • Secure the top track to the wall, ensuring it is level and firmly attached.
6. Hang the Door:
   • Carefully lift the door and engage the top rollers with the top track.
   • Ensure the bottom wheels are properly seated in the bottom track.
7. Adjust and Test:
   • Adjust the anti-jump devices and soft close mechanisms for optimal performance.
   • Slide the door back and forth several times to ensure smooth operation and proper soft-close function.

6. Operating Instructions

• Sliding the Door: Gently push or pull the door to slide it along the track. Avoid excessive force.
