Introduction

The TEW-832MDR AC1200 Dual Band WiFi EasyMesh Node is designed to enhance and expand your existing EasyMesh WiFi system. It provides seamless and reliable wireless connectivity throughout your home or small office by extending WiFi coverage up to 1,500 square feet. This node operates on both 5GHz WiFi AC (867Mbps) and 2.4GHz WiFi N (300Mbps) bands, ensuring fast and stable connections for multiple devices. 1. Unpack the Device: Carefully remove the TEW-832MDR node and all accessories from the packaging.
2. Choose a Location: Place the node in a central location within the area where you want to extend WiFi coverage. Ensure it is within range of your existing EasyMesh router or another EasyMesh node. Avoid placing it near large metal objects, concrete walls, or other sources of interference.
3. Connect Power: Connect the provided power adapter to the DC IN port on the TEW-832MDR node and then plug the adapter into a power outlet. The Power LED should illuminate.
4. App-Based Installation:
   • Download the free MESHnet mobile app from your device's app store (available for iOS and Android).
   • Open the MESHnet app and follow the on-screen instructions to add your new TEW-832MDR node to your existing EasyMesh system. The app will guide you through the pairing process.
   • The PAIR LED on the node will indicate the status of the pairing process. Once successfully paired, the WiFi LED should indicate a stable connection.
5. Optional Wired Connection: If desired, you can connect wired devices to the LAN ports on the node for network access.
