Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Earbuds not pairing with device | Bluetooth off, earbuds not in pairing mode, device too far | Ensure Bluetooth is on. Place earbuds back in case, then remove to re-enter pairing mode. Move device closer to earbuds. Forget "Air 31 TWS" in device's Bluetooth settings and re-pair. |
| Only one earbud working | Earbuds not paired to each other, low battery | Place both earbuds back in the charging case, close the lid for 5 seconds, then open and remove them. Ensure both are charged. |
| No sound or low volume | Device volume too low, earbud volume too low, poor fit, dirty grilles | Increase volume on both device and earbuds. Adjust earbud position for a better seal. Clean earbud grilles. |
| Charging issues | Dirty charging contacts, faulty cable/adapter | Clean charging contacts on earbuds and case. Try a different Type-C cable and power adapter. |
