Assembly Instructions

1. Base Section Installation

Begin by assembling the base frame of the shed. Connect the base rails (parts 5, 3L, 3R) using the provided fasteners (F1). Ensure all connections are secure and the frame is square. Attach the corner brackets (A3) to reinforce the base structure.

2. Wall Panel Section Installation

Install the lower wall panels (P2, P3) onto the assembled base. Secure them using the specified screws (F1) and washers (S1). Ensure panels are aligned correctly before tightening fasteners. Continue by installing the upper wall support beams (parts 6, 7, 8, 9, 10L, 10R, 11, 12) and securing them with fasteners (F1, A1). Finally, install the remaining wall panels (P3, P3a, P4) around the structure, ensuring they are firmly attached to the frame and adjacent panels.

3. Windows Section Installation

Integrate the window panels (W) into the designated wall sections. Secure them using the appropriate fasteners (F1) and washers (S1). Ensure the windows are properly sealed to prevent water intrusion. Install the window support panels (P3b) above and below the window openings.

4. Roof Section Installation

Assemble the roof gables (21L, 21R) by attaching the support brackets (B2) and securing them with fasteners (F2). Install these gables onto the top of the wall structure. Proceed with installing the roof support beams (parts 13, 13a, 14, A6) and securing them with fasteners (F2). Finally, attach the roof panels (P5, P6, P7, P7a) to the roof structure using screws (F1) and washers (S1), ensuring proper overlap for waterproofing. Install the roof ridge caps (19, GE, GC) to complete the roof assembly.

5. Door Panel Section Installation

Assemble the door panels (D1, D1a, D1b, D1c, D1d) by attaching the reinforcing bars (27) and securing them with fasteners (F1, F2) and washers (S1). Install the door latch mechanism (Ca1, Ca2, Ca3) onto the door panels. Mount the assembled doors onto the shed frame, ensuring smooth operation and secure closure. Attach the door stoppers (F5) to the bottom of the door frame.

Operating Instructions

Door Operation

The shed features lockable doors for security. To open, disengage the latch mechanism and slide the doors along their tracks. To close, slide the doors back into position and engage the latch. For added security, a padlock (not included) can be used with the integrated locking mechanism.

Ventilation

Maintenance
