5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Basic Operation Steps

1. Add Ingredients: Place your desired ingredients (e.g., nuts, soybeans, oats, fruits) into the pitcher. Refer to the recipe guide for recommended quantities. Soaking is generally not required for most ingredients.
2. Add Water: Fill the pitcher with water, ensuring the water level is between the minimum and maximum fill lines indicated inside the pitcher.
3. Secure Lid: Place the lid firmly on the pitcher, ensuring it is properly locked into position. The machine will not operate if the lid is not correctly secured.
4. Select Program: Press the 'Menu' button on the control panel to cycle through the available programs (Soymilk, Nut Milk, Oat Milk, Juice). The selected program will illuminate.
5. Start: Press the 'Start' button to begin the selected program. The machine will automatically process the ingredients.
6. Enjoy: Once the program is complete, the machine will beep. Carefully remove the lid and pour your fresh beverage. Use the fine mesh strainer if a smoother consistency is desired.

The Delay Start function allows you to set a timer for the machine to begin operation up to 18 hours in advance. This is ideal for preparing ingredients the night before and waking up to fresh milk or juice.

1. Follow steps 1-3 from Basic Operation (Add Ingredients, Add Water, Secure Lid).
2. Press the 'Delay Start' button. The display will show a default delay time.
3. Use the 'Menu' button to adjust the delay time in hourly increments.
4. Once the desired delay time is set, press 'Start'. The machine will count down and begin the selected program automatically after the set delay.

The Keep Warm function maintains the temperature of your beverage at approximately 140°F (60°C) for up to 6 hours after a program finishes. In Soymilk mode, it automatically keeps warm for 2 hours.

1. After a hot beverage program (e.g., Soymilk, Nut Milk) completes, the machine may automatically enter Keep Warm mode.
2. Alternatively, you can select the 'Keep Warm' function directly from the menu if available, or after a program finishes, to activate it manually.

6. Cleaning and Maintenance

6.1 Self-Cleaning Function

1. After use, empty any remaining liquid from the pitcher.
2. Add clean water to the pitcher, ensuring it is between the min and max fill lines.

4. Select the 'Self Clean' program from the menu.
5. Press 'Start'. The machine will run a quick cleaning cycle.
6. Once complete, empty the dirty water and rinse the pitcher. For thorough cleaning, use the provided cleaning brush.
