Setup

Setting Time and Date
- Press the MODE button repeatedly until the time setting mode is displayed (usually indicated by flashing digits).
- Use the RESET button to cycle through the hours, minutes, date, and day settings.
- Use the START button to adjust the flashing value (increase the number).
- Once all settings are correct, press the MODE button again to exit the setting mode.

Button Functions

- MODE: Cycles through different modes: Time Display, Stopwatch, Alarm Setting, Time/Date Setting.
- START: Used to start/stop the stopwatch, or to increase values during setting modes.
- RESET: Used to reset the stopwatch, or to select different setting parameters during setting modes.
Using the Stopwatch (Chronograph)
- Press MODE button until the stopwatch display appears (usually "00:00:00").
- Press START to begin timing.
- Press START again to pause timing.
- Press RESET to clear the stopwatch to zero.
- Press MODE to return to the time display.
Setting and Using the Alarm
- Press the MODE button until the alarm setting mode is displayed (usually indicated by "AL" or an alarm icon).
- Use the RESET button to select between alarm hour and minute.
- Use the START button to adjust the flashing value.
- To turn the alarm ON/OFF, press START while in the alarm display mode (not setting mode). An alarm icon will appear/disappear.
- When the alarm sounds, press any button to stop it.
Using the LED Backlight
Press the LIGHT button (typically located on the top left side of the watch) to illuminate the display for easy reading in dark environments.
