Setup
- Unpack and Expand: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Gently push the bottom of the 12L tank and lift the outer shell to expand it to its full size.
- Charge the Battery: Before first use, fully charge the internal lithium battery using the provided Type-C charging cable. Connect the cable to the charging port on the unit's base and to a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or power bank. The charging indicator will show progress. A full charge takes approximately 2-3 hours and provides up to 35 minutes of runtime.
- Connect the Hose: Attach one end of the 2-meter hose to the outlet on the pressure washer unit and the other end to the inlet on the high-pressure water gun. Ensure connections are secure to prevent leaks.
- Attach Nozzle: Select either the 25° Spray Nozzle or the Atomizing Nozzle and securely attach it to the front of the water gun.

Operating Instructions
- Fill the Tank: Open the lid of the 12L tank and fill it with clean water. Ensure the black tube inside the tank is properly connected to the yellow sticker connector at the bottom to draw water effectively.
- Power On: Press the power button on the base of the unit. The indicator light will illuminate.
- Begin Cleaning: Aim the water gun at the desired surface and press the trigger to start spraying.
- Change Spray Mode: The unit comes with two nozzles:
- 25° Spray Nozzle: Provides a strong, concentrated jet for stubborn dirt on vehicles, bikes, driveways, and house cleaning.
- Atomizing Nozzle (Mist Mode): Delivers a gentle spray suitable for watering plants, cleaning pets, or delicate surfaces.
- Power Off: Release the trigger and press the power button again to turn off the unit.

Charging
The NCOEN Portable Pressure Washer features a built-in lithium battery with up to 35 minutes of runtime. It supports fast Type-C charging, compatible with standard phone adapters and power banks.
- Connect the provided Type-C cable to the charging port on the unit and to a suitable USB power source.
- The charging indicator will show the charging status.
- Ensure the charging port is dry before connecting the cable.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: After each use, empty any remaining water from the tank. Rinse the tank and hose with clean water. Wipe down the exterior of the unit with a damp cloth.
- Storage: Ensure the unit is completely dry before folding and storing. Fold the tank down to its compact size (approximately 5 inches). Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Battery Care: For optimal battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. If storing for extended periods, charge the battery to about 50-70% every few months.
Troubleshooting
