2. Safety Information

Please read and understand all safety warnings and instructions before assembly and use. Failure to follow these instructions may result in injury or damage to the product.

• Load Capacity: Do not exceed the maximum load capacity of 400 pounds (181 kg). Overloading can cause structural failure and injury.

4. Assembly Instructions

Assembly Steps:

2. Assemble Main Frame: Connect the left and right main chair frame sides (A) using the appropriate crossbars and hardware from the Hardware Pack (I). Do not fully tighten bolts until all connections are made.
3. Attach Seat Base: Secure the Seat Base (C) to the assembled main frame. Ensure proper alignment before tightening bolts.
4. Install Backrest and Footrest: Attach the Backrest Assembly (B) and Footrest Assembly (D) to the main frame. Note that the backrest and footrest are designed to move in sync. Ensure the reclining mechanism connects properly.

5. Integrate Flip-Up Table: The flip-up table is built into one of the armrests. Ensure it is correctly aligned and functions smoothly. It operates with a pneumatic piston for easy movement.

6. Final Tightening: Once all components are loosely assembled and aligned, systematically tighten all bolts using the provided Allen Wrench. Do not overtighten.
7. Place Cushions: Position the Seat Cushion (E), Backrest Cushion (F), Headrest Cushion (G), and Lumbar Pillow (H) onto the chair. The cushions are removable for easy cleaning.

5. Operating Instructions

Adjusting the Recline Position:

The GAOMON Outdoor Recliner Chair features an independently adjustable design where the backrest and footrest move in sync. To recline:

1. Locate the recline lever or button on the side of the chair (typically on the right armrest).
2. While seated, push the lever/button and lean back to recline. The footrest will simultaneously rise.
3. Release the lever/button at your desired position to lock the recline. The chair can recline up to a maximum angle of 150 degrees, providing a near-flat position.
4. To return to an upright position, push the lever/button and lean forward.

Using the Flip-Up Table Tray:

The integrated flip-up table tray is located on the outer arm of the chair, perfect for holding drinks, snacks, or small items.

1. To deploy the table, gently lift the table surface upwards. A pneumatic piston will assist in its smooth movement.
2. Ensure the table is fully extended and stable before placing items on it.
3. To retract the table, gently push it downwards until it locks back into its stored position.
