5. Setup
5.1 Charging the Device
- Locate the magnetic charging port on the device.
- Connect the provided magnetic USB charging cable to the port.
- Connect the other end of the USB cable to a standard USB power source (e.g., wall adapter, computer USB port).
- The charging indicator lamp will illuminate (typically red) to show charging in progress.
- Once fully charged, the indicator light will change (e.g., turn green or off).

5.2 Rail Installation
The BL50 is designed for tool-less installation on standard M1913 Picatinny and Weaver-style rails.
- Ensure the host device is unloaded and safe.
- Loosen the rail clamp screw on the BL50.
- Align the rail clamp with the rail slot on your firearm.
- Slide the BL50 onto the rail until it is fully seated.
- Tighten the rail clamp screw firmly by hand. No additional tools are typically required for initial installation.
- Important: Ensure your pistol’s rail-to-trigger guard distance exceeds 1.06 inches before purchase and installation.
5.3 Laser Zeroing (Adjustment)
The laser may require adjustment to align with your point of impact. Use the provided Allen wrenches for this procedure.
- Identify the windage (horizontal) and elevation (vertical) adjustment screws on the device.
- Using the appropriate Allen wrench, make small adjustments.
- Windage Adjustment: Turning the screw clockwise or counter-clockwise will move the laser dot horizontally.
- Elevation Adjustment: Turning the screw clockwise or counter-clockwise will move the laser dot vertically.
- Test the laser alignment at a safe range and adjust as necessary until the laser dot coincides with your point of impact.
6. Operating Instructions
The BL50 features dedicated tactile buttons for easy mode selection.

6.1 Power On/Off and Mode Selection
- White Light Only: Press the designated flashlight button once for constant-on. Press again to turn off.
- Blue Laser Only: Press the designated laser button once for constant-on. Press again to turn off.
- White Light and Blue Laser Combo: Activate both the flashlight and laser independently.
- Momentary-On: Press and hold either the flashlight or laser button for momentary activation. Release to turn off.
- Strobe Function: Double-press the flashlight button quickly to activate the strobe mode. Double-press again to turn off strobe and return to constant-on or off.
The tactile buttons allow for quick and intuitive switching between modes, even in high-stress situations.
7. Maintenance
7.1 Cleaning
- Ensure the device is powered off before cleaning.
- Wipe the exterior with a soft, damp cloth.
- For the lens and laser aperture, use a lens cleaning cloth and solution to avoid scratches.
