Setup

1. Charging the Headphones

Before first use, fully charge the headphones and the charging case. Connect the provided charging cable to the charging case and a USB power source. The LED intelligent display on the charging case will show the battery percentage, indicating charging progress. A full charge takes approximately 40 minutes.

2. Wearing the Headphones

The headphones feature an ear clip design for open-ear comfort. Gently clip each earbud onto your ear, ensuring the sound outlet is positioned correctly for optimal bone conduction audio. The design allows for secure placement without inserting into the ear canal.

3. Bluetooth Pairing

  1. Open the charging case. The headphones will automatically enter pairing mode.
  2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth.
  3. Search for "Pro" or "XC4B416" in the list of available Bluetooth devices.
  4. Select the headphones to connect. Once connected, you will hear an audio prompt, and the LED indicator on the headphones may change.

The headphones will automatically reconnect to the last paired device when taken out of the case, if Bluetooth is enabled on the device.

Operating Instructions

Touch Controls

The headphones feature smart fingerprint touch controls for easy management of audio and calls. The touch sensitive area is typically located on the outer surface of each earbud.

  • Play/Pause: Single tap on either earbud.
  • Next Track: Double tap on the right earbud.
  • Previous Track: Double tap on the left earbud.
  • Answer/End Call: Single tap on either earbud during an incoming call.
  • Reject Call: Press and hold on either earbud during an incoming call.
  • Activate Voice Assistant: Triple tap on either earbud (functionality may vary by device).

Volume Control

Volume is primarily controlled via your connected device. Adjust the volume directly on your smartphone or tablet.

Water Resistance

The headphones are designed with "Life waterproof" capabilities, meaning they are resistant to sweat and light splashes. They are not intended for submersion in water or use during swimming. Ensure the charging port is dry before charging.

Maintenance

Charging Issues
