3. Setup Guide

3.1 Initial System Connection

1. Connect NVR to Power: Plug the 12V 2A power adapter into the NVR's DC12V port and then into a power outlet.

3. Automatic Pairing: The cameras and NVR are pre-paired at the factory. Once both are powered on, the camera feeds should automatically appear on the NVR monitor.

To enable remote viewing via smartphone or PC, connect the NVR to your home network.

1. Wired Connection: Connect an Ethernet cable from your router to the LAN port on the NVR.

Once the system is set up, you can view live feeds on the 10-inch NVR monitor or remotely via the EseeCloud app. The NVR supports full-screen, 4-screen, 8-screen, and 10-screen display modes.

To review recorded footage, access the playback function on the NVR or through the mobile app. The system records continuously to the dedicated HDD, with older data automatically overwritten when full.

4.2 Two-Way Audio Communication

• No Image on Monitor:
  • Check if the NVR and cameras are properly powered on.
  • Verify that the NVR and cameras are within range and have successfully paired.
  • Ensure the monitor's input source is correctly selected if using an external display.
• Poor Wi-Fi Signal/Connectivity:
  • Ensure cameras are within range of the NVR or a Wi-Fi repeater.
  • Minimize obstacles (thick walls, metal structures) between cameras and the NVR.
  • Consider using a Wi-Fi repeater (not included) to extend the signal range, especially in large areas.

• False Alarms:
  • Adjust the AI human detection sensitivity in the app settings.
