1. Introduction

4. Setup

4.1. Unpacking and Initial Inspection

• Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
• Inspect the device for any signs of damage. Do not use if damaged.
• Ensure all accessories are present.

4.2. Charging the Device

Before first use, fully charge the massage gun. The device is equipped with a 2000mAh battery and supports fast charging.

1. Connect the provided charging cable to the charging port on the device.
2. Plug the other end of the cable into a suitable USB power adapter (not included).

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Powering On/Off

• To power off: Press and hold the Power Button again until the display turns off.

5.2. Selecting Mode and Adjusting Intensity

• Mode Selection: Press the Mode Button (refer to Figure 3.1) to cycle through the 3 available massage modes. The display may indicate the current mode.
• Intensity Adjustment: Use the '+' and '-' buttons (refer to Figure 3.1) to increase or decrease the massage intensity. There are 30 intensity levels.

5.3. Application Areas

The 16-head design is suitable for large muscle groups and can be adapted for smaller areas. Apply the massage gun gently to the desired muscle area. Do not apply excessive pressure.

• Back and Shoulders: Position the device to target tense muscles. Can be used hands-free by placing it against a chair or sofa.
• Legs and Thighs: Effective for large muscle groups in the legs.
• Feet: Can be used for foot massage to relieve tension.
• Arms: Adapt the device for smaller muscle groups as needed.

The device will automatically shut off after 10 minutes of continuous use to prevent over-massage of a single area. If further massage is desired, simply power the device back on.
