Components
The EUYBIKE F6 comes partially assembled. Below is an overview of the main components and what's included in the box.

3. Setup and Assembly
Your EUYBIKE F6 is 90% pre-assembled. Follow these steps to complete the assembly.
Unboxing and Initial Setup
Carefully remove the bike and all components from the packaging. Ensure all parts listed in Figure 2.2 are present.

Handlebar Installation
Insert the handlebar stem into the fork tube and secure it using the quick-release lever. Ensure the handlebars are aligned with the front wheel. Tighten the top screw with the provided tool to prevent accidents during riding.

Front Wheel and Fender Installation
Attach the front fender to the fork using the provided screws. Then, carefully align the front wheel with the fork dropouts, ensuring the brake rotor is correctly positioned within the caliper. Secure the wheel with the axle nuts.

Pedal Installation
Identify the left (L) and right (R) pedals. Thread the pedals into the crank arms by hand, then tighten securely with a wrench. Note that the left pedal threads counter-clockwise.

Seat and Battery Installation
Insert the seat post into the frame and adjust to your preferred height. Secure with the quick-release clamp. The battery slides into the frame and locks with a key for security.

4. Operating Instructions
Powering On/Off
To power on the bike, insert the key into the battery lock and turn it to the 'ON' position. Then, press and hold the power button on the LCD display. To power off, reverse the process.
Riding Modes
The EUYBIKE F6 offers three primary riding modes:
- Pure Electric Mode: Engage the throttle for motor-only propulsion.
- Pedal-Assist Mode (PAS): The motor provides assistance as you pedal. Adjust the assist level via the LCD display.
- Normal Bicycle Mode: Ride the bike like a traditional bicycle without motor assistance.

LCD Display Functions
The integrated LCD display provides real-time riding data and allows you to control various settings. It typically shows speed, battery level, trip mileage, and pedal-assist level. It also includes a USB charging port for your devices.

5. Battery Information
Charging the Battery
The 48V 20Ah lithium battery can be charged while installed on the bike or removed. Connect the charger to the charging port on the battery and then to a standard wall outlet. The indicator light on the charger will show the charging status (red for charging, green for fully charged). Charging typically takes 5-6 hours.

Battery Removal and Installation
To remove the battery, unlock it with the key and pull it upwards using the integrated handle. To reinstall, align the battery with the frame slot and push down until it clicks into place, then lock it with the key.

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and safety for your EUYBIKE F6.
General Care
- Keep the bike clean, especially after riding in wet or muddy conditions. Use a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid high-pressure washing directly on electrical components.
- Store the bike in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
Tire Pressure
Check tire pressure regularly. The recommended pressure for the 20" x 3.0" fat tires is typically between 20-30 PSI, but always refer to the sidewall of your tires for the exact range.
Brake Adjustment

9. Folding Instructions
The EUYBIKE F6 features a convenient folding design for easy storage and transport.
Folding the Bike
- Lower the seat post to its lowest position.
- Unlock the handlebar stem folding mechanism and fold the handlebars down.
- Unlock the main frame folding latch and fold the bike in half.
- Secure the folded bike with any integrated latches or straps.
