Operating Instructions
Your convertible sofa offers three primary functions: a loveseat, a lounge sofa, and a pull-out sleeper bed.
Converting to a Pull-Out Sleeper Bed
To transform the loveseat into a comfortable sleeper bed:
- Locate Hand Straps: Identify the two auxiliary hand straps located at the front underside of the seat cushion.
- Pull Out Bed: Gently pull the hand straps upwards and outwards. The hidden bed mechanism will slide forward and unfold.
- Fully Extend: Continue pulling until the bed is fully extended and locked into place, creating a flat sleeping surface.
- To Retract: Reverse the process. Lift the front edge of the extended bed slightly and push it back towards the sofa until it fully retracts and locks into the loveseat position.

Adjusting the Backrest
The backrest of your sofa can be adjusted to three different angles, from 105° (upright) to 180° (flat). This allows you to find the most comfortable posture for sitting, lounging, or sleeping.
- To Recline: Gently push the backrest forward until you hear a click, then slowly lower it to your desired angle. It will lock into one of the three preset positions.
- To Return Upright: Push the backrest all the way forward until it clicks into the fully upright position, then release.

Maintenance
Proper care will extend the life and appearance of your sofa.
- Regular Cleaning: Vacuum the fabric regularly using an upholstery attachment to remove dust and loose debris.
- Spot Cleaning: For spills, blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth. Do not rub, as this can spread the stain. For stubborn stains, use a mild fabric cleaner specifically designed for upholstery, testing on an inconspicuous area first.
- Avoid Direct Sunlight: Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can cause fabric fading. Position your sofa away from direct sun or use curtains/blinds.
- Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Do not use abrasive cleaners, bleach, or strong chemical solvents, as these can damage the fabric.
- Check Fasteners: Periodically check and tighten all bolts and screws to ensure the sofa remains stable.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your sofa, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
- Sofa feels wobbly after assembly: Ensure all legs are securely tightened and the sofa is placed on a flat, even surface. Re-tighten all assembly hardware.
- Difficulty pulling out or retracting the bed: Check for any obstructions under or around the mechanism. Ensure the backrest is in an appropriate position (usually upright) before attempting to convert. Apply gentle, even pressure when pulling or pushing.
- Backrest not locking into position: Ensure you are pushing the backrest fully forward to engage the locking mechanism before reclining, or pushing it fully upright to lock into the seated position.
- Squeaking noises: This may indicate loose connections. Check and tighten all bolts and screws. If the noise persists, contact customer support.
