Setting Up Your Tent
The TIMBER RIDGE Instant Pop Up Cabin Tent features a quick-support folding structure designed for rapid assembly. Follow these steps for a 60-second setup with two people:
- Unpack the Tent: Open the carry bag and remove the tent body and components. Lay the tent flat on the ground at your desired camping spot.
- Identify the Rooftop: Locate the central hub mechanism on the tent's roof.
- Unfold the Tent: Gently spread out the tent fabric.
- Pull Out the Hub: From inside the tent, pull the central hub mechanism upwards until the tent structure locks into place. This will raise the tent walls and roof.
- Lift and Secure: Once the main structure is up, lift the tent and position it correctly. Secure the tent to the ground using the provided steel stakes.
- Attach the Rainfly: Drape the rainfly over the tent, ensuring it covers the entire tent body and aligns with the vestibule area. Secure the rainfly with its attachment points and additional stakes if necessary.

Using Your Tent
Your TIMBER RIDGE tent offers a comfortable and functional space for camping.
- Spacious Interior: The tent measures 96 x 121 x 78 inches, providing ample room for a queen air mattress or multiple sleeping bags. The 78-inch center height allows most adults to stand upright comfortably.
- Ventilation: Utilize the 1 top mesh skylight and 4 mesh windows for optimal airflow. The 2 D-shaped doors also contribute to ventilation and easy access. Two side air vents further reduce condensation inside.
- Extra Vestibule: The rainfly creates an additional vestibule area. Use this space to store gear, keeping the main tent interior clean and dry, or as an awning in fair weather.
- Storage: Multiple storage pockets and a gear loft are integrated into the tent design for organizing small items.

Care and Maintenance
Proper care will extend the life of your tent:
- Cleaning: Do not machine wash the tent. For cleaning, gently wipe soiled areas with a damp cloth and mild soap. Rinse thoroughly with water.
- Drying: Always ensure the tent is completely dry before packing it away to prevent mildew and odor. Air dry in a shaded area.
- Storage: Store the tent in its carry bag in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Do not use bleach, harsh detergents, or solvents, as these can damage the fabric and waterproof coating.
Troubleshooting Common Issues
If you encounter any issues with your tent, consider the following:
- Difficulty Setting Up: Ensure all hub poles are fully extended and locked into place. Sometimes a firm push or pull is needed. Check for any fabric snags.
- Water Leakage: Verify that the rainfly is correctly positioned and secured, covering all mesh areas. Ensure all seams are properly sealed. In heavy rain, water can sometimes seep through zippers if not fully covered.
- Condensation: Ensure adequate ventilation by keeping mesh windows and vents open when weather permits. Condensation is natural in tents, especially in humid conditions.
- Damaged Poles/Fabric: Inspect poles for bends or cracks and fabric for tears before each use. Small repairs can often be made with a tent repair kit.
