Weight Capacity:
- Top Bunk: Do not exceed 350 lbs.

General Safety Warnings:

3. Setup and Assembly Instructions

Assembly Steps:

- Assemble Headboard and Footboard: Connect the headboard and footboard sections using the provided bolts and Allen wrench. Refer to the diagram for correct orientation.
- Connect Upper and Lower Bed Frames: Join the assembled headboard and footboard sections to form the upper and lower bed frames. Secure with appropriate hardware.
- Install Middle Crossbar: Attach the middle crossbar to the main bed frame. Apply the provided foam tape to the crossbar to reduce noise.
- Connect Slatted Bed Bases: Insert and secure the slatted bed bases for both the upper and lower bunks. Ensure the ends align with the holes on the side frames.
- Secure Slatted Bed Bases: Tighten all screws on the slatted bed bases. Ensure the ladder hole in the designated section faces upwards.
- Assemble Ladder: Connect the ladder rungs to the ladder side rails. You may choose to install the pedal cotton rings for comfort.
- Attach Ladder: Securely attach the assembled ladder to the bunk bed frame using the specified screws. Install screws at the top first, then at the bottom.
- Assemble Trundle Bed: Connect the trundle bed frame components. Attach the universal wheels, ensuring the two lockable brakes are correctly installed.
- Final Check: Verify all bolts and screws are fully tightened. Ensure the bed is stable and level before use.
4. Operating Instructions
Using the Trundle Bed:
The trundle bed is designed for flexible use as an additional sleeping space or for storage. It features universal wheels for easy movement.
- To deploy the trundle, simply pull it out from under the bottom bunk.
- To secure the trundle in place, engage the two lockable brakes on the wheels.
- To store the trundle, disengage the brakes and push it back under the bottom bunk.

Converting the Bunk Bed:
This bunk bed can be converted into three independent beds (two full-size beds and one trundle bed) to suit your needs.
- To separate the bunks, carefully remove the connecting hardware between the upper and lower bed frames.
- Ensure the separated beds are placed on a flat, stable surface.
- The trundle bed can be used independently or stored under one of the full-size beds.

5. Maintenance
Cleaning:
- Wipe the metal frame with a soft, damp cloth.
- Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these may damage the finish.

Trundle Not Moving Smoothly:
- Check if the trundle wheels are locked. Disengage the brakes if they are.
- Inspect the wheels for any obstructions or debris.
Instability:

- Ensure the bed is placed on a level surface.
