5. Setup

5.1 Charging the Device

1. Connect the USB charging cable to the charging port on the main unit.
2. Connect the other end of the USB cable to a standard 5V/1A USB power adapter (not included) or a computer USB port.
3. The charging indicator light will illuminate. Allow approximately 3-4 hours for a full charge.
4. Disconnect the charger once fully charged.

5.2 Inserting the Memory Card

The device supports a Micro SD card (8GB included) for storing photos and videos.

1. Locate the Micro SD card slot on the side of the main unit.
2. Gently insert the Micro SD card with the gold contacts facing down until it clicks into place.
3. To remove, push the card in slightly until it springs out.

5.3 Powering On/Off

• To Power On: Press and hold the Power button for a few seconds until the screen illuminates.
• To Power Off: Press and hold the Power button for a few seconds until the screen turns off.

6.1 Navigating the Interface

The 4.3-inch screen displays the live feed from the camera. Buttons on the main unit allow for menu navigation, articulation control, and media capture.

6.2 Articulating the Probe

The probe tip is controlled by a wheel on the handle of the main unit.

• Rotate the wheel clockwise or counter-clockwise to bend the probe tip up to 180 degrees in either direction.
• Gently manipulate the probe cable to guide it through narrow spaces while articulating the tip for optimal viewing.

6.3 Adjusting LED Brightness

6.4 Taking Photos and Recording Videos

• To Take a Photo: While in live view, press the Photo button (often marked with a camera icon) to capture an image. The image will be saved to the Micro SD card.
• To Record Video: Press the Video button (often marked with a video camera icon) to start recording. Press it again to stop recording. Videos will be saved to the Micro SD card.

6.5 Viewing Media

• Enter Playback mode by pressing the Mode button (if available) or navigating through the menu.
• Use the navigation buttons to browse through your saved photos and videos.
• To exit Playback mode, press the Mode button again or select the option from the menu.
