Operating Instructions

The Outsunny Outdoor Grill Cart is designed for versatile use in various outdoor and indoor settings.

  • Positioning: Place the cart on a level, stable surface. For outdoor use, consider a sheltered area to prolong the life of the wood.
  • Mobility: To move the cart, unlock the two lockable casters. Push or pull the cart using the side handle. Once in the desired position, engage the locks on the casters to secure the cart.
  • Using the Stainless Steel Top: The 19.7" x 19.7" stainless steel top is ideal for placing grills, pizza ovens, or for food preparation. Its heat-resistant and easy-to-clean surface makes it suitable for various cooking tasks.
  • Storage: Utilize the integrated spice rack for condiments, the towel holder for cloths, and the cabinet with its inner shelf for larger items like plates, utensils, or cooking accessories. The rear exit hole in the cabinet is designed for safe gas line management if using a gas appliance.

Maintenance

Proper maintenance will extend the life and appearance of your grill cart.

  • Cleaning the Stainless Steel Top: Wipe with a damp cloth and mild detergent. For stubborn stains, use a stainless steel cleaner. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads that can scratch the surface.
  • Cleaning the Wood Frame: Wipe down wood surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. For deeper cleaning, use a mild wood cleaner. Avoid excessive moisture.
  • Protection: While the wood frame is robust, prolonged exposure to harsh weather conditions (heavy rain, direct sun, snow) can affect its longevity. Consider using a protective cover when not in use, especially during off-season.
  • Hardware Check: Periodically inspect all screws and bolts for tightness. Re-tighten as needed to maintain stability.
  • Caster Maintenance: Keep casters free of debris. If they become stiff, a small amount of silicone spray can improve movement.
