This manual provides detailed instructions for the safe and effective operation of your TIDRADIO TD-M11 Walkie Talkie. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the device to ensure proper functionality and to prevent damage.

3. Setup
3.1 Charging the Battery
The TD-M11 is powered by a 1000mAh Li-ion battery. Before initial use, fully charge the battery.
- Connect the USB-C charging cable to the radio's USB-C port or place the radio in the desktop charging base.
- Connect the adapter to a power source.
- The charging indicator will illuminate. Once fully charged, the indicator may change color or turn off depending on the charger model.

3.2 Attaching Accessories
- Belt Clip: Align the belt clip with the designated slots on the back of the radio and slide it down until it clicks into place.
- Earpiece: Plug the earpiece into the 2-pin audio jack on the side of the radio. Ensure it is securely connected.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Power On/Off
Rotate the Power/Volume knob clockwise to turn the radio on. Rotate it counter-clockwise until a click is heard to turn the radio off.
4.2 Adjusting Volume
After powering on, continue rotating the Power/Volume knob clockwise to increase the volume, and counter-clockwise to decrease it.
4.3 Changing Channels
Use the CH+ and CH- buttons on the side of the radio to select your desired channel. The current channel number will be displayed on the LED screen.
4.4 Transmitting and Receiving
- To Transmit: Press and hold the Push-To-Talk (PTT) button on the side of the radio. Speak clearly into the microphone. Release the PTT button to stop transmitting.
- To Receive: Ensure the PTT button is not pressed. The radio will automatically receive signals on the selected channel.
4.5 VOX Function
The Voice Operated Exchange (VOX) function allows for hands-free transmission. When VOX is enabled, the radio will transmit automatically when it detects your voice, without needing to press the PTT button.

4.6 NOAA Weather Radio
The TD-M11 includes NOAA Weather Radio functionality to provide access to weather alerts and forecasts. Refer to the programming section to enable and configure NOAA channels.
5. Programming the TD-M11
The TIDRADIO TD-M11 can be programmed wirelessly using the Odmaster app on your smartphone. This allows for convenient frequency management, repeater location, and customization of various settings.
- Enable Bluetooth: Long press the CH+ button on the radio to turn Bluetooth on or off. The Bluetooth icon will appear on the display when active.
- Download Odmaster App: Download and install the Odmaster app from your smartphone's app store (Google Play Store for Android, App Store for iOS).
- Connect Device: Open the Odmaster app, select 'Connect Bluetooth', and pair with your TD-M11 radio.
- Select Model: In the app, select 'TIDRADIO' as the brand and 'TD-M11(CH-22)' as the model.
- Read/Write Settings: Use the 'Read' function to retrieve current settings from the radio. Modify channels, frequencies, and other functions as needed. Use the 'Write' function to upload new settings to the radio.

6. Maintenance
6.1 Cleaning
Wipe the radio with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Ensure all ports are dry before charging.
6.2 Battery Care
- Avoid overcharging or completely draining the battery.
- Store the radio and battery in a cool, dry place when not in use for extended periods.
- If the battery appears swollen or damaged, discontinue use and replace it.
6.3 Waterproof Care (IP67)
While the TD-M11 is IP67 waterproof, it is not designed for prolonged submersion. If the radio falls into water, shake or wipe the water off the walkie-talkie first before using it again. Ensure the USB-C port cover is securely closed to maintain water resistance.
