Cuff Sizing

Setup

1. Battery Installation

Open the battery compartment cover on the back of the monitor.
Insert 4 AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
Close the battery compartment cover.

2. Power Supply Options

The monitor can be powered by the included 4 AAA batteries or via the USB Type-C cable.

Battery Power: Insert 4 AAA batteries as described above.
USB Type-C Power: Connect the provided USB Type-C cable to the monitor and to a 5V 1A USB power adapter (not included).
Note: The USB Type-C cable powers the device directly and does not recharge the AAA batteries.

The monitor can be powered by AAA batteries or a USB Type-C cable.

3. Setting Date and Time

With the device off, press and hold the SET button for 3 seconds to enter setting mode.
The year will flash. Use the MEM button to adjust the value, then press SET to confirm and move to the next setting (month, day, hour, minute).
Repeat the process for month, day, hour, and minute.
After setting the minute, press SET to exit the setting mode.

Operating Instructions

1. Selecting a User Profile

The monitor supports up to 3 user profiles (User A, B, C), each with 199 memory slots.

With the device off, press the SET button repeatedly to cycle through User A, B, and C.
Select your desired user profile before taking a measurement.

2. Applying the Arm Cuff

Sit in a comfortable position with your feet flat on the floor and your arm resting on a table.
Ensure the cuff is placed directly on your bare upper arm, about 1-2 cm above the elbow joint.
The air tube should run down the center of your arm in line with your middle finger.
Wrap the cuff snugly around your arm, ensuring it is not too tight or too loose.

Proper cuff placement is crucial for accurate blood pressure readings.

3. Taking a Measurement

After applying the cuff and selecting your user profile, press the START/STOP button.
The cuff will automatically inflate. Remain still and silent during the measurement.
Once the measurement is complete, your systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and pulse rate will be displayed on the screen.
The reading will automatically be saved to the selected user profile.
Press START/STOP again to turn off the device, or it will auto power-off after 3 minutes of inactivity.

4. Memory Function

The monitor stores up to 199 readings for each of the three users.

With the device off, press the MEM button to view stored readings.
Press MEM repeatedly to scroll through previous measurements.
The display will show the average of the last three readings (AV) first, then individual readings from most recent to oldest.
To exit memory mode, press the START/STOP button or wait for auto power-off.

The monitor can display the average of the last three readings and individual stored measurements.

Maintenance and Storage

Clean the monitor and cuff with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse in water.
Remove batteries if the device will not be used for an extended period.
Store the device in the provided carrying bag in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
Avoid dropping the monitor or subjecting it to strong impacts.

Troubleshooting

Problem	Possible Cause	Solution
No display when powered on.	Batteries are dead or incorrectly inserted. USB cable not connected or power adapter faulty.	Replace batteries, check polarity. Ensure USB cable is securely connected to a working 5V 1A adapter.
Inaccurate readings.	Cuff is too loose/tight, incorrect placement, movement during measurement, speaking during measurement.	Re-apply cuff correctly. Remain still and silent during measurement. Consult a physician to compare readings with a professional device.
Cuff does not inflate or inflates too little/much.	Air tube disconnected, cuff leakage, or internal error.	Check that the air tube is securely connected to the monitor. Ensure cuff is not damaged. If problem persists, contact customer support.
Memory data not saving.	Memory full for selected user, or device error.	The device has 199 memory slots per user. If full, older data will be overwritten. If not full, contact customer support.
