This manual provides detailed instructions for the safe and effective operation, setup, and maintenance of your EIXAUP 17mm Pipe Inspection Camera. This system is designed for inspecting pipes, sewer lines, drains, and other hard-to-reach areas, offering clear visual feedback and recording capabilities.
2. Safety Information
- Always ensure the camera head is securely attached before use.
- Do not expose the monitor unit to water or excessive moisture. The camera head is IP68 waterproof, but the monitor is not.
- Avoid bending the cable sharply or applying excessive force, which may damage internal wiring.
- Use only the provided power adapter for charging.
- Keep the device away from extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
- Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the unit yourself. Contact qualified service personnel.
3. Package Contents

4. Product Overview
The EIXAUP Pipe Inspection Camera system features a 7-inch 1080P HD monitor, a 17mm IP68 waterproof camera head with 8 adjustable LED lights, and a 66 ft (20m) cable with a meter marker. It includes DVR functionality for recording video and capturing images to a 32GB TF card.

5. Setup
- Charge the Battery: Connect the power adapter to the monitor unit and a power outlet. Ensure the battery is fully charged before initial use.
- Install Camera Head: Carefully screw the 17mm camera head onto the end of the inspection cable until secure. Do not overtighten.
- Connect Cable to Monitor: Plug the cable connector from the reel into the designated port on the monitor unit. Ensure a firm connection.
- Insert TF Card: If not already inserted, gently push the 32GB TF card into the TF card slot on the monitor until it clicks into place.
- Power On: Press the 'CHARGER ON/OFF' button to power on the monitor.

6. Operating Instructions
- Power On/Off: Press the red 'CHARGER ON/OFF' button to turn the unit on or off.
- Adjust LED Lights: Use the 'LED' button to cycle through different brightness levels for the camera's 8 LED lights. This helps illuminate dark inspection areas.
- Record Video (DVR Function): Press the 'REC' button to start video recording. Press it again to stop. Recorded videos are saved to the TF card.
- Take Photos: While viewing live footage, press the 'PHOTO' button to capture a still image. Images are saved to the TF card.
- 5X Digital Zoom: Use the 'ZOOM' button to digitally zoom in on the live feed, providing a closer look at details.
- Playback Recorded Media: Press the 'PLAY' button to enter playback mode. Use the arrow buttons to navigate through recorded videos and photos.
- Menu Settings: Press the 'MENU/EDIT' button to access system settings, including time, display, and video options.
- Using the Meter Marker: The inspection cable features meter markings. Observe these markings as you feed the cable into the pipe to accurately determine the depth or distance of any identified issues.

7. Maintenance
- Cleaning the Camera Head: After each use, gently wipe the camera lens and housing with a soft, damp cloth. Ensure no debris obstructs the lens or LED lights.
- Cleaning the Monitor: Use a dry, soft cloth to clean the monitor screen. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
- Cable Care: Carefully coil the inspection cable back onto the reel after use. Avoid kinks or sharp bends.
- Storage: Store the entire system in its original case in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Battery Maintenance: Recharge the battery regularly, even if not in frequent use, to prolong its lifespan.
