Note: Low voltage cable and a low voltage transformer are required for installation and are not included in this package.
Safety Information
- This product is designed for use with 12V low voltage landscape lighting systems only. Do not connect directly to 120V AC power.

Setup and Installation
Follow these steps for proper installation of your Lumina Lighting PAL0103 path lights:

- Lay Out the Lights: Determine the desired placement for each path light along your walkway, garden, or other areas. Consider the light spread and aesthetic appeal.
- Plan and Prepare Cable Layout: Plan the route for your low voltage cable (not included). Dig a shallow trench for the cable, ensuring it is deep enough to prevent accidental damage.
- Assemble the Fixture:
- Carefully insert the G4 LED bulb into the socket located within the Pagoda Hat.
- Attach the Pagoda Hat assembly to the top of the Aluminum Stem.
- Securely attach the Ground Stake to the bottom of the Aluminum Stem.
- Insert Ground Stake: Insert the assembled fixture's ground stake firmly into the prepared position in the ground.
- Connect to Low Voltage Cable: The light fixture is pre-wired with UL listed SPT-1W 18AWG wire. Use the provided waterproof wire connectors to splice the fixture's wire to your main low voltage landscape cable. Ensure a secure and watertight connection.
- Connect to Transformer: Strip the ends of your main low voltage power cable and attach them to the terminal screws of your low voltage transformer (not included). Refer to your transformer's manual for specific connection instructions.
- Test System: Once all connections are made, plug in your low voltage transformer to a 120V AC power source to test the lighting system.
Operating Instructions
The Lumina Lighting PAL0103 path lights operate as part of a 12V low voltage landscape lighting system. There is no individual on/off switch on the fixture itself.
- Power On/Off: Control the lights by turning the connected low voltage transformer on or off. Many transformers include timers or photocells for automatic operation.
- Light Output: The included 4W G4 LED bulbs provide 380 lumens of warm white (3000K) light, ideal for illuminating pathways and garden features.

Maintenance
The Lumina Lighting PAL0103 is designed for low maintenance, but occasional care can extend its lifespan and performance.
- Cleaning: Periodically wipe down the fixture with a soft, damp cloth to remove dirt, dust, and debris. Avoid abrasive cleaners that could damage the finish or lens.
- Bulb Replacement: The G4 LED bulb has a working life of over 25,000 hours. If a bulb needs replacement, ensure power is disconnected from the transformer. Unscrew the Pagoda Hat from the aluminum stem to access the bulb. Replace with a compatible 12V G4 LED bulb.
- Connection Check: Annually inspect wire connections for any signs of corrosion or damage. Re-secure or replace waterproof connectors as needed.
