1. Product Overview

3. Setup

3.1 Charging the Device

  1. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the charging port on the vacuum cleaner.
  2. Plug the other end of the USB cable into a compatible USB power adapter (not included).
  3. The LED display will show the current battery level during charging.
  4. A full charge takes approximately 3.5 to 4 hours.

3.2 Attaching Nozzles

Select the appropriate nozzle for your cleaning task and firmly attach it to the suction or blowing port of the vacuum cleaner. The nozzles are designed for easy attachment and removal.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Power On/Off and Mode Selection

  1. To power on or off, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds.
  2. Once powered on, the LED display will show the current battery level and operating mode.
  3. Press the power button briefly to switch between ECO mode (10000PA suction, approx. 30 minutes runtime) and MAX mode (14000PA suction, approx. 20 minutes runtime).

4.2 Using the Vacuum Function

Attach the desired suction nozzle (Suction Nozzle or Brush + Suction Nozzle) to the front of the device. Select your preferred suction mode (ECO or MAX) and move the nozzle over the area to be cleaned. The integrated LED light can be activated to illuminate dark areas.

4.3 Using the Air Duster Function

Attach the desired blowing nozzle (Mouthpiece or Brush + Mouthpiece) to the rear exhaust port of the device. Power on the device and use the airflow to blow away dust from crevices, keyboards, or to inflate small items.

4.4 LED Light Function

The vacuum cleaner is equipped with an LED light to illuminate dark corners and ensure thorough cleaning. Activate the light by pressing the dedicated light button on the device.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Emptying the Dustbin

The Upbooz VC012 features a one-click emptying mechanism for convenient dust disposal. The transparent dustbin allows you to monitor the fill level.

  1. Ensure the device is powered off.
  2. Press the dustbin release button to open the flip cover.
  3. Empty the collected dust and debris into a trash receptacle.

5.2 Cleaning the Filters

The device is equipped with a washable and reusable metal filter and two HEPA filters. Regular cleaning ensures optimal suction performance.

  1. Ensure the device is powered off.
  2. Rotate and unscrew the dust collection cup from the main body.
  3. Remove the stainless steel filter and the HEPA filter from the dust cup.
  4. Rinse both filters under running water until clean.
  5. Allow the filters to air dry completely before reassembling. Do not use the vacuum with wet filters.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your Upbooz VC012, please refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:

  • No Power/Not Turning On: Ensure the device is fully charged. Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn it on.
  • Weak Suction: Check if the dustbin is full and empty it if necessary. Inspect the filters (stainless steel and HEPA) for blockages or excessive dirt. Clean and dry the filters thoroughly. Ensure all attachments are securely connected.
  • Battery Not Charging: Verify that the USB charging cable is properly connected to both the device and the power adapter. Try using a different USB cable or power adapter.
  • Unusual Noise: Check for any foreign objects lodged in the nozzle or dustbin. Ensure filters are correctly installed.
